David Barrueta is Director of the Cornerstone office in Chattanooga, Tennessee. With more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience, he primarily directs tenant  and buyer representation activity in the greater Chattanooga area and assists the firm in sourcing asset sales and leasing opportunities.

From 1993 through 1996, David served as Vice-President of Barrueta & Associates in Washington, DC. In 1997, he joined the Atlanta office of Cushman & Wakefield and from 1998 through 2003 was a corporate services broker for the Magellan Health Services account. In 2002, David helped Magellan secure a 268,000 SF office build-to-suit lease in St. Louis that was rated a top ten office lease nationally by Corporate Property News. Since 2005, he has owned and operated his own commercial real estate services firm, David Barrueta Associates. Mr. Barrueta is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.
