Our Valuation Advisory Services team provides appraisal services, highest and best use analysis and specialized expertise in various industry sectors.

Chris Lassiter and Jamie Justus are the Associate Directors with Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation and Advisory Department in Nashville and Wes Thomas is an Associate Appraiser. This advisory team is responsible for the appraisal and valuation of land, retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties and are associate members of the Appraisal Institute and are Certified General Real Estate Appraisers.
